While most people today are online shopping, dating or reviewing restaurants, Andrea Soule pores over the MLS, neighborhoods, and tax records in search of the next amazing home. Beginning at a young age, Andrea had a passion for real estate as well as interior and exterior design. As a child, Andrea would cut out pictures from her mother’s Better Homes and Garden magazines for inspiration, and when she would go to a friend’s house, she would ask for a tour so she could evaluate their home. So pretty much Andrea was Pintresting before Pinterest and Zillowing before Zillow.
Andrea is mom of an adorable little girl, Charlotte; cutie-pie son, Crosby and wife to a VERY Minnesotan husband, Chase. They fell in love with the Lake Minnetonka area, and then purchased a fixer-upper in Deephaven. In Andrea’s spare time, she likes to travel, redecorate her house, refurbish old furniture and go antiquing.
